I need some serious drugs.
I think this has happened a few times, but it's REALLY bad this time. I get this awful pain in my neck. It's not my throat, and it's not the muscles in my neck. It's like...IN my neck. It hurts to swallow, it hurts to move, and I wanna cry. :(
